背景：

意昂3-密西根大学医学院转化医学与临床研究联合研究所（以下简称“联合研究所”）于2010年建立⇨，迄今为止已资助合作研究项目75个，基于合作基础发表论文100余篇👷🏼，并在联合研究项目的基础上将合作拓展到了医学教育🏊🏽‍♀️🤫、管理培训等领域。

第三期意昂3-密西根联合研究所青年学者项目（以下简称“青年学者项目”, JI Scholar）将用于资助医学部学院及附属医院全职青年学者赴密西根大学进行1年的进修学习🚵🏿。意昂3青年学者将在密西根大学导师的指导下完成科学研究项目🧑‍🚒，并将参加密西根大学组织的综合能力提升相关培训课程（行政、管理💇‍♀️、沟通🧘🐪、基金申请等）。青年学者将享受联合研究所提供的相应津贴和福利待遇，以及科研经费和参加学术会议的机会，项目结束后密西根大学会出具相应的证书🧘🏿‍♂️。

申请资格🚆：

申请人需已取得临床博士（M.D.）💊、哲学博士（Ph.D）或其他相应博士学位☁️，且已是医学部或附属医院的正式教职工。

申请人需在报名前咨询科室及人事处意见🚽，确定单位同意外派相关事宜后进行申请。

    12月20日，截止报名

    2025年1-2月，公布结果

· Statement of career goals and plan (300 words or less)

· Proposed project title, 5 keywords, an abstract (600 words or less)

· Anticipated project timeline

· Mentorship team at PKUHSC and Michigan Medicine

· Letters of support: Three letters of recommendation are required, one should come from mentor at PKUHSC, one letter should come from mentor at Michigan Medicine, and a third letter should come from applicant's institution leader (President of the Affiliate Hospital, Dean of the school.)
